CHRONICLE OF THE WORKSHOP OF INTRODUCTION TO SOCIOCRACY 3.0 IN THE ECOALDEA OF

VALDEPIÉLAGOS (MADRID)

Facilitator of the workshop:

Víctor Torre, student of the intensive workshop of  S3 in the Community of Amalurra of the 25 to October 28, 2016, with the facilitation of Neus Valls, Pablo Durán and Andrei  Iuroaia.

With a duration of 3 hours, Saturday November  5 th , for 15 people.

After a brief explanation of the history and principles of S3, we did a practice that worked very well. A group of five in the center of the circle made a simulation of sociacracy, to assign a Role to a member.

In the exercise we saw the importance of defining the Role and passed on to its description according to S 3.

We also work with proposal development and sociocratic approval.

In the end we did the evaluation in three tables with three paper tablecloths on these subjects;

Learning, facilitation and content.

We closed with a moment of silence and a small celebration.

These are some of the issues that came up in the evaluation.

They all agreed, that learning is much better without anglicisms.

Participants are grateful for a few tools but practical ones.

Clear and large graphics are very important.
